Another Easy Recipe – Chicken Noodle Soup
Keeping up with cooking, I made some chicken noodle soup today using a recipe I found on allrecipes.com. I grabbed most the ingredients from Whole Foods, but had some on hand. Instead of using 58 ounces of chicken broth and 14.5 ounces of vegetable broth, I cheated and used 32 ounces of each and added some water to thin the soup a bit. Super Easy Haddock Chowder Recipe
With a couple extra days off from work and time to kill, I decided on the spot in the grocery store to make a fish stew/soup. I took out the iPhone and Google’d recipes using haddock. After seeing a couple intermediate recipes, I came upon a haddock chowder recipe that looked super easy.
